Remember this duo? I've been lucky enough to capture them quite a few times, from their engagement session, to their wedding, to family photos for the holidays to other weddings & more! I was so excited to shoot their maternity session, and celebrate their growing family :) Some of you may even recognize Melissa from your very own wedding or portrait session, as she started working with me shortly after her own wedding, when she realized how much she loved photography! 

I love everything about this warm, fall family session, showcasing a very cool spot in Buffalo for photos, hanging with their fun pup, Cooper, and getting to spend some time with Melissa & Matt again before they begin the adventure of a lifetime!! I love so many things about my job, but I think the absolute best part is getting to see my couples grow into families and being invited to capture all those moments along the way. I still remember meeting with Nicole & Lee to talk about their wedding years ago, and how much fun we had on their Allentown e-session, and big beautiful wedding, and crazy fun rock-the-dress session at Woodlawn Beach! So, needless to say, I was thrilled when they asked if I would shoot a secret project for them ;) They used these photos to announce a wonderful surprise to their families & friends, and I loved getting to be a part of it!! Can't wait to meet Baby Richard & see you both again!

Amber & Patrick | Buffalo Maternity Photography | Woodlawn Beach | 07.30.14

I got to spend an evening on the beach with Amber & Patrick, talking about babies, and watching the sunset for their maternity session. I hadn't seen this since their wedding last August & was so excited to see Amber's adorable new baby bump & catch up :) These two are so cute, and funny, and I loved getting to hang out a bit & capture this time in their lives. I am so lucky to get to see my clients go from couples to families - hands down one of my favorite parts of my job! Now, I just can't wait to meet the babe!! A&P : Thanks for venturing into the chilly water, chasing seagulls and walking on the rocky dirt barefoot, all for the sake of the photos - you guys rock!

 

Buffalo Family Portraits | Knox Farms | Lucas Becomes a Big Brother!

So excited to share photos of one of my favorite families, and oldest clients, Liz, Ryan, Lucas & a sweet baby girl due to enter the world very soon! I first photographed Liz & Ryan SIX years ago for their engagement session, and now here we are, capturing Lucas' 2nd birthday and Liz's second baby bump! I'm pretty sure the best part of my job is getting to be a part of these big moments and watch my clients grow their beautiful families. So much love between these three; can't wait to meet the new addition! Check out the fun we had running around Knox Farms in East Aurora!
